Do not panic if any of the above sounds like jargon, as my WIX SEO Made Simple course explains how to utilise these to the fullest and more.

What it SEO?

SEO stands for search engine optimisation. When your site is optimised for search engines, it has a higher chance of appearing in the SERP (search engine results page) and ranking—which means more people will find you and your business online. Keep in mind, SEO is an ongoing process that takes time. By following Wix SEO Made Simple Course and our ongoing SEO activity, you can achieve your marketing goals.

Types of SEO

Onsite SEO

This is the optimisation of the websites content and meta data.

The key is to not 'over optimise' - cramming keywords on a page with no sense will be bad for user experience and picked up by the bots crawling your website

Offsite SEO

Consists of link building, these are links from other sources that help the search engines to judge your websites relevance and authority.

It is important that the links coming into your website are of good quality and not from a negative source. If you have had back-linking services in the past your may need a 'clean-up' this is the remove the of toxic links back to your website that could be having negative effects on your SEO.
